Just as the butterfly is a symbol
for re-birth, so I am becoming
new, fresh.  I am enjoying a new
beginning.



I feel strong, in control, sharp, alert,
aware.  I am becoming and I will
remain strong, happy, calm.
I've lost the desire for tobacco
in any form, at any time,
under any set of
circumstances.  I really am
free of the habit and free of
the control of tobacco.

 I am unique in the universe.







  I am worthy of life, of love.
Without tobacco in my body, I am
more mentally alert.  I feel confident,
self-assured, and proud.  Proud of my
decision, proud of my determination.




I stubbornly refuse to use tobacco
again!
I am now and I will remain calm,
strong, confident , relaxed and at
peace.
